NORSK SKULPTURBIENNALE 2017
Norsk Billedhoggerforening arrangerer i 2017 den 9. Norsk Skulpturbiennale i samarbeid med Vigeland-museet. Biennalen vil bli vist i Vigeland-museet i perioden juni - august 2017. Kurator for Norsk Skulpturbiennale 2017 er Steffen Håndlykken.
Kunstnere bosatt i Norge eller norske kunstnere bosatt i utlandet kan søke med verk produsert i 2012 eller senere. Søknaden kan inneholde forslag eller skisser som viser hvordan og hvor prosjektet ønskes vist i museet. Det kan søkes med maks tre utstillingsforslag. Vi tar også i mot søknader med forslag til uteromsprosjekter.
Søknadsfrist: 15. mai 2016
Søknaden bør inneholde en kortfattet prosjektbeskrivelse, bilder eller skisser av verket/prosjektet, budsjett (når prosjektet krever det, f.eks. i forbindelse med nylagede eller stedsspesifikke verk) samt oppdatert CV. Deltagende kunstnere må selv innhente finansiering til sine prosjekter, men alle vil få et visningsvederlag på kr 10 000 (per kunstner/kunstnergruppe).
Vi ber om at søknaden sendes digitalt og at bildene lagres i formatet jpg. Bilder med filstørrelse over 3 MB bør sendes eller leveres på cd/dvd. Eventuelt sendes med nedlastningslenke.

The NORWEGIAN SCULPTURE BIENNIAL 2017
The Association of Norwegian Sculptors organizes in 2017 the 9th Norwegian Sculpture Biennial in collaboration with the Vigeland Museum. The Biennial will be exhibited in the Vigeland Museum from June - August 2017. Curator for the Norwegian Sculpture Biennial 2017 is Steffen Håndlykken.
Artists resident in Norway or Norwegian artists living abroad can apply with works produced in 2012 or later. The application may contain proposals or sketches showing how and where the project can be exhibited in the museum. A maximum of three exhibition proposals are acceped. We also accept proposals for public art projects.
Deadline: 15 May 2016
The application should include a brief project description, photographs or sketches of work / project budget (when the project requires it, for example with new or site-specific works) as well as an updated CV. The participating artists must provide the financing for their projects, but they will receive a artist fee of NOK 10 000. (Per artist/artist group)
We ask that the application is sent digitally and that the images are saved in jpg format. Photos with file size of more than 3 MB should be sent or delivered on CD/DVD / dowload link.
